Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator I for our Front Royal, VA facility. The role involves set-ups, adjusting packaging equipment, and ensuring products meet customer quality standards. You will perform wash/changeovers and document results in a GMP environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and basic math skills. Training on GMPs/HACCP is provided; overtime and shift differentials apply as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to perform manual tasks.
• Familiarity with GMPs and HACCP or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate set ups on equipment in preparation for product runs.
• Operates equipment and makes adjustments to meet quality specs.
• Inspects and tests packages, documents results to ensure quality compliance.
• Stages and checks materials for quick and accurate changeovers in production.
• Completes and documents all required paperwork for the role.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and adheres to safety policies.
