Candidates should have basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, and a strong work ethic. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; attendance and safety are emphasized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform simple calculations.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated packaging and production equipment.
• Set up machinery and make routine operational adjustments as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Inspect packaging, labels, and finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and notify maintenance personnel when necessary.
• Record production data and complete required documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
