Maker's Pride, LLC in Seelyville, near Terre Haute, Indiana, seeks a detail-oriented Machine Operator I for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM). You will set up packaging lines, perform minor adjustments, and ensure products meet customer quality specs while adhering to GMP practices.

This role requires accurate documentation, a clean and organized work area, and the ability to work overtime including weekends. A high school diploma is preferred, with good math, communication, and safety skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP or willingness to learn.
• Able to perform math calculations for orders.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle small tools.
• Must follow safety policies and procedures.
• English reading/writing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment for product runs and make minor adjustments to packaging lines.
• Operate packaging equipment and adjust to meet quality specs.
• Inspect and test packages and document results.
• Stage and check materials for quick changeovers.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; follow GMP practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
