Little Leaf Farms is seeking a packaging operator to manage the flow of harvested lettuce from conveyors through scales and into sealed cartons. You will read scales, verify weights, label consistency, and palletize finished cases for shipment.

The role requires lifting up to 30 lbs and working in refrigerated conditions for long shifts. You will rotate positions, troubleshoot basic equipment, and maintain sanitation per GMP/HACCP standards while collaborating with team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments for 8+ hour shifts.
• Ability to perform monotonous tasks efficiently for extended periods.
