Job summary

Little Leaf Farms, LLC in Pennsylvania is seeking a production associate to operate the Ishida CCW scale and packing equipment in the Packhouse leafy greens products, ensuring production at the lowest cost while adhering to GMP and HACCP.

You will manage conveyors, label checks, and palletize finished cases, while training teammates and maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. The role requires lifting up to 30 lbs, overtime and weekend shifts as needed.

• Read scales and verify case weights per specs.
• Stack finished cases onto pallets and prepare for shipping.
• Maintain sanitation and HACCP/GMP compliant conditions.
• Enter production data and participate in daily huddles.
• Overtime, weekends, or other shifts as required.
