Qualifications

• Experience with PLC/robotics or Ishida weighers is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated packaging lines (Ishida CCW weighers, conveyors).
• Perform setup, changeovers, and parameter adjustments to optimize throughput.
• Enter production data, write basic reports, and participate in shift huddles.
• Respond to alarms and assist maintenance with basic repairs to minimize downtime.
• Verify weights, labeling, and lot codes for GMP/HACCP compliance.
• Maintain sanitation and follow safety protocols in a refrigerated facility.
