Job summary

Campbell's is hiring a Packaging Operator in Richmond to safely operate and monitor packaging equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will contribute to product quality, maintain GMP compliance, and work in a team-focused setting while supporting overtime and flexible scheduling.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, English proficiency, and teamwork. Experience with packaging equipment and preventive maintenance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must safely operate manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Must be able to read, understand and communicate in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Able to follow GMP and safety requirements.
• Team-oriented and able to perform documentation.
• Willing to rotate assignments and support coverage requirements.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, adjust, operate, and monitor packaging equipment.
• Operate packaging machinery and rotate between workstations.
• Provide relief coverage for team members as needed.
• Monitor production processes and adjust equipment for efficiency.
• Complete production, quality and operational documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Participate in preventive maintenance activities.
• Follow food safety and GMP procedures.
• Work with teams to meet production goals and customer demands.
