Campbell Soup Company in Richmond, Utah is seeking a Packaging Operator to safely set up, monitor, and maintain packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will support quality and food safety standards while rotating through stations and providing team coverage.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read and understand English, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate manufacturing and packaging equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

• Willingness to rotate assignments and support coverage requirements.
• Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and varying schedules.

Responsabilités

• Safely set up, adjust, operate, and monitor packaging equipment.
• Operate packaging machinery (Elopak, Bosch, Nimco, Jones, SIG).
• Rotate between workstations and provide relief coverage as needed.
• Monitor production processes and adjust equipment for efficiency and quality.
• Complete production, quality, and operational documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following GMPs and safety procedures.
• Support preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and customer demands.
