Campbell Soup Company in Richmond, UT is hiring a Packaging Operator for the 3rd shift to safely set up, operate, and monitor packaging lines in a fast-paced facility. You will ensure food safety, quality, and efficient production while documenting processes and supporting maintenance and cross-training.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to read and follow English instructions, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to follow GMP and workplace safety requirements.
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate assignments and support operational coverage requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, adjust, operate, and monitor packaging equipment.
• Operate packaging machinery including: Elopak, Bosch, Nimco, SIG, WIP Coordinator.
• Monitor production processes and make equipment adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
• Complete required production, quality, and operational documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with housekeeping standards.
• Support and participate in preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
