Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Packaging Operator to safely set up, operate, and monitor packaging equipment in a fast-paced facility in Richmond, UT. You will support production, maintain quality and comply with GMPs.

This role requires a high school diploma, ability to read and understand English, and willingness to rotate through stations and work overtime as needed. You will work with a collaborative team and contribute to a safe, productive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English to safely perform responsibilities.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to follow GMPs, food safety procedures, and workplace safety rules.
• Willingness to rotate positions and support coverage needs.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, operate, monitor, and adjust packaging equipment to support production requirements.
• Operate packaging machinery and coordinate tasks across stations.
• Rotate between workstations and provide break relief as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain efficiency and quality.
• Complete production and operational paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following housekeeping standards.
