Responsibilities

• Safely set up, operate, monitor, and adjust packaging equipment to meet production requirements.
• Rotate between workstations and provide break relief as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Complete production, quality, and operational paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability.
• Follow GMPs and food safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to achieve production goals and schedule adherence.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
