Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate automated production and packaging equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support production coverage needs.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, adjust, operate, and monitor robotics and automated packaging equipment.
• Operate equipment including multiple robots and packaging machinery; rotate between workstations and provide relief coverage.
• Monitor equipment performance and make operational adjustments to support production targets.
• Complete required production and operational paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with housekeeping standards.
• Support preventive maintenance activities to enhance equipment reliability.
• Follow all plant food safety requirements, GMPs, and safety procedures.
• Participate in training activities and support cross-training efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain efficiency.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed to support business demands.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
