Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 6–12 months of manufacturing experience or training.
• Ability to work across departments in a team environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and procedure documents.
• Ability to perform basic math and use measuring tools.
• Willingness to learn Lift and Crane operation certification.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, adjust, and change‑over packaging equipment.
• Work with team to meet production rates and line uptime.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and report issues.
• Document quality, production, and maintenance data.
• Follow safety policies and ensure product specifications are met.
• Read schedules and manuals to operate equipment properly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist other operators, maintenance, or production staff as needed.
