Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business or supply chain.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience leading issue resolution amongst a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Determine packaging and container solutions for service parts traveling through the client network.
• Support packaging operations in projects related to safety, quality and productivity.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data-entry, document preparation and email communication to support third-party packaging facility’s day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate the resolution of parts problems between parts distribution center, factories, vendors and dealers regarding parts identification, mixed stock, defective stock or unshipped orders.
