Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• English language fluency: Speaking, reading and writing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
• Good PC Skills including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel and Word.
• Basic understating of computer networking & electronics.
• Ability to learn industry specific software.

Responsibilities

• Work with receiving team to confirm inserts have been checked-in, processed and verified.
• Verify product scheduling and zoning.
• Communicate with advertising departments and external customers as required to resolve preprint, zoning and scheduling issues.
• Proficient operation of preprint management systems, POET, Ad Point and other ad ordering systems as required to ensure inserter controls and related reporting.
• Assist with packaging reports and web portal data entry.
• Understanding of and compliance with pre‑print security policies.
• Print orders and flags to support press operations.
• Assist packaging operations when needed
