Responsibilities

• Determine packaging and container solutions for service parts traveling through the network.
• Support packaging operations in projects related to safety, quality and productivity.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data-entry, document preparation and email communication.
• Coordinate the resolution of parts problems between parts distribution center, factories, vendors and dealers.

Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Critical‑thinking and decision‑making skills

Ability to look at datasets

Experience leading issue resolution amongst a cross‑functional team

Experience working in a warehouse or production environment

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (SAP)

Knowledge of developing work standards

Administrative experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain
