Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. is seeking a Parts Coordinator in Mattoon, Illinois to manage packaging and container solutions for service parts moving through the client network.

You will support packaging projects focused on safety, quality, and productivity while handling data-entry and communications to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. • Experience leading issue resolution amongst a cross-functional team.

Parts Coordinator

Your Responsibilities

• Determine packaging and container solutions for service parts traveling through the clientnetwork
• Support packaging operations in projects related to safety, quality and productivity
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data-entry, document preparation and email communication to support third-party packaging facility’s day-to-day operations
• Coordinate the resolution of parts problems between parts distribution center, factories, vendors and dealers regarding parts identification, mixed stock, defective stock or unshipped orders
