ASR Group is seeking a Packaging Manager to lead a high-speed packaging operation in Louisiana. You will oversee safety, quality, and efficiency while guiding a diverse team to hit production goals and KPI targets.

You will collaborate with Logistics, participate in cost optimization, and ensure compliance with HSSE and quality systems. The role requires a BA/BS and demonstrated experience in CP/G manufacturing, with leadership in unionized settings.

Qualifikationen

• Six or more years leading a high-speed packaging operation.
• Experience in a unionized environment.
• Experience in a CPG or food manufacturing setting.
• Strong coaching and training abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong communication skills.
• Understanding of HSSE practices and quality systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of diverse leaders to deliver production quality and quantity.
• Review daily packaging operations with leadership on efficiency, requirements, and schedule; coordinate with Logistics on demand and fulfillment.
• Analyze production data with Redzone and PowerBI; implement performance improvements.
• Track KPIs including OEE, waste, labor utilization, downtime, and safety metrics.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction through process optimization.
• Manage departmental budgets and control COGS.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement; set clear performance expectations.
