Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an Industrial Machinery Sales Representative in Lyndhurst, NJ to drive new business for capital equipment solutions, including packaging machinery such as baggers and stretch wrappers. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and build long-term customer relationships.

The role combines field visits with office time at the B&C Industries location, requiring strong technical aptitude, consultative selling, and the ability to meet or exceed sales

Qualifications

Proven experience in capital equipment or industrial machinery sales.
Strong technical aptitude to understand machinery specs and benefits.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, trade shows and referrals.
Conduct on-site visits and provide technical consultations to assess customer needs.
Manage full sales process from contact to proposal, quoting, negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with engineering, service and project teams to ensure installation and onboarding.
Maintain and grow existing accounts with regular follow-ups and value-added support.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
