We at Shearer's plan to immediately expand production and grow our team at the Bluffton facility to better serve our key customers. We currently have the following shifts available for immediate hire:

Packaging Machine Operator (PMO)

Available Shift: Afternoons - 3:00PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay: $21.11/hr. plus $0.40/hr. shift premium

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

• Operate, change over, and ensure efficiency and quality of 3-5 packaging machines.
• Communicate changes and plans to team members and supervision.
• Perform tasks on a computer at scheduled times during the shift.
• Set up and operate packaging equipment, follow recipes and procedures, monitor variables, and perform quality tests and data collection.
• React to directions from quality assurance and management.
• Work in environments with allergens, chemicals, and extreme temperatures.
• Multi-task and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
• Use hand tools as needed.
