We plan to immediately expand production and grow our team at the Bluffton facility, continuing to service our key customers. We have the following shift available for immediate hire:

• Food Processor Machine Operator — Afternoon Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) — $19.60/hour plus a $0.40 shift premium

Your seat at the best snacks table:

• Set up and operate industrial food processing equipment
• Follow precise recipes and work procedures, monitoring and adjusting processing variables
• Perform product quality tests and collect data
• Monitor fryer and oil temperatures to ensure product consistency
• Clean and change slicing heads hourly to maintain slicing quality

What you bring to the team:

• Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively with team members
• Basic math skills, including conversions and formulas for run rates
• Reasoning skills to understand and carry out instructions
• Troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of issues
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to operate production systems
