Contingent Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program set-ups for the machine to run
2. Fill out the logbook daily
3. Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
4. Ensure the quality of the product with every batch
5. Set up dropper to drop in specified increments as stated on the signed data proof
6. Clear jams at the dropper
7. Keep all products in numerical order
8. Replace any torn carriers
9. Clean belts with water
10. Perform general maintenance of equipment
11. Effectively communicate instructions to the Manufacturing Associate

Qualifications:

• Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Print experience
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
