Job Description: Packaging Machine Operator

Shift Options:

• Beginning of Week Days: 7:00AM - 7:00PM (Sunday/Monday/Tuesday) + every other Saturday ($20.10/hr + $1 shift differential)
• Beginning of Week Nights: 7:00PM - 7:00AM (Sunday/Monday/Tuesday) + every other Saturday ($20.10/hr + $2.50 shift differential)
• End of Week Days: 7:00AM - 7:00PM (Wednesday/Thursday/Friday) + every other Saturday ($20.10/hr + $1 shift differential)
• End of Week Nights: 7:00PM - 7:00AM (Wednesday/Thursday/Friday) + every other Saturday ($20.10/hr + $2.50 shift differential)

Additional pay increase upon full training completion.

Sign-On Bonus: $2500 total, paid as $1000 after 45 days and $1500 after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate industrial food processing equipment.
• Follow precise recipes and work procedures, monitor and adjust processing variables.
• Perform product quality tests and data collection.
• Monitor fryer and oil temperatures to ensure consistency.
• Clean and change slicing heads hourly to maintain slicing standards.

Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Basic math skills, including conversions and formulas for run rates.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of issues.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for production operations.
