Production Machine Operator - Battery Modules (Ellabell, GA)

Summary

The Production Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production equipment and tooling in a manufacturing setting. In this role, you will be expected to follow production schedules, ensure quality control, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position is primarily for our Battery System Assembly plant located in Ellabell, GA. The starting pay rate is $20.20 per hour. Employees demonstrating advanced skills upon hiring may qualify for higher pay in the future.

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) is a tier 1 supplier of Battery System Assemblies (BSAs) and Electric Powertrain (PE) Systems, which are key components in electric vehicle manufacturing, utilizing state-of-the-art technology in battery system assembly.

Essential Functions

To perform successfully in this position, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operating various production equipment and tooling
• Assembling products and parts during manufacturing processes
• Performing validation testing
• Meeting individual production targets during shift
• Creating progress, defect, and incident reports as necessary
• Maintaining lineside stock levels
• Keeping the worksite clean
• Reviewing and following manufacturing manuals and processes
• Adhering to safety and quality guidelines of the company
