We at Shearer's plan to immediately expand production and grow our team at the Bluffton facility, continuing to serve our key customers. We currently have the following shifts available for immediate hire:

Food Processor Machine Operator

Afternoon Shift - 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM - $19.60 per hour plus a $0.40 shift premium

Your role at the best snacks table:

• Set up and operate industrial food processing equipment
• Follow precise recipes and work procedures, monitoring and adjusting processing variables
• Perform product quality tests and data collection
• Monitor fryer and oil temperatures to ensure proper cooking conditions
• Clean and change slicing heads hourly to maintain slicing consistency

What you bring to the team:

• Language Skills - Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively with team members
• Mathematical Skills - Ability to perform basic math, conversions, and use formulas for run rates
• Reasoning Ability - Ability to follow written and oral instructions and apply common sense
• Troubleshooting Skills - Ability to identify root causes and resolve issues
• Computer Skills - Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint required for production tasks
