Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent plus 3+ years manufacturing or related experience.
• Experience with GMP and quality documentation.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging operations on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
• Develop and coach team members; provide feedback during performance cycles.
• Ensure safety compliance, proper PPE, and incident reporting within 24 hours.
