Job summary

MSD Malaysia is seeking an operations packaging room lead to supervise a team of Clinical Packaging Technicians at our West Point, PA facility. You will lead packaging activities, ensure GMP compliance, and coach new staff while maintaining strict documentation and safety standards.

The role requires onsite presence five days a week, with a focus on quality, speed, and continuous improvement in clinical study packaging operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP regulated environments is required.
• Strong attention to detail with leadership ability for a packaging team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coaching capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee filling, labeling and packaging of clinical jobs and document activities.
• Coordinate de-packaging, labeling and sampling per SOP and GDP standards.
• Ensure room and equipment readiness, supervise training and coaching.
• Maintain documentation accuracy in SAP and paper records according to GDP.
