Job summary

J&J Snack Foods seeks a Production Lead to oversee the processing and packaging area on one shift, ensuring production goals are met within costs and policies. The role reports to the Shift Supervisor and coordinates with Quality Assurance to maintain quality and safety.

The Production Lead is responsible for directing up to 30 hourly workers, maintaining logs, and assisting with budgeted production, sanitation, and safety across the plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs 15 to 30 employees.
• Maintains safety programs and GMP adherence.
• Trains subordinates in safety and operation.
