Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Directs 15 to 30 employees on shift and coordinates their work.
• Maintains safety programs and safe work practices during the shift.
• Directs all plant hourly personnel from ingredient making to off-dock shipping.
• Oversees budgeted production, ingredient recovery, quality, safety and sanitation.
• Inspects equipment and food contact areas for sanitation and corrects as needed.
• Trains subordinates in safety and operation procedures.
• Ensures compliance with USDA and FDA laws and company policies.
• Reports accidents/injuries and unsafe conditions to the Shift Supervisor.
