Inovar Packaging Group LLC is seeking a Customer Service Account Manager in Sioux Falls, SD. This role ensures accurate order processing, proactive communication, and cross-functional collaboration from project initiation through shipment.

The candidate will manage orders, coordinate artwork, and monitor progress across departments to meet customer expectations while contributing to growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service focused role within a manufacturing environment; printing or packaging industry experience preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to order accuracy and documentation standards.
• A proactive, client service mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain order data in the ERP-based production and order management system to support on-time delivery.
• Review order specs, pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements before release to production.
• Coordinate artwork communication between customer and graphics team, documenting proofs and approvals.
• Monitor order progress across departments to align with customer expectations.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, artwork concerns, delivery risks, and quality issues.
• Maintain system integrity by following standardized documentation processes for visibility and reporting.
• Provide exceptional customer service with focus on accuracy and accountability.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
