Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Customer Service Account Manager to be the primary contact for customers, handling orders from quote to shipment in a fast-paced packaging environment. You will coordinate with graphics, tech services, production and purchasing to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain order data in ERP-based production and order management system.
• Review order specs, pricing, quantities, and delivery before release to production.
• Coordinate artwork communication between customer and graphics team, manage proofs and approvals.
• Monitor order progress across departments to align with customer expectations.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, artwork concerns, and delivery risks.
• Maintain system integrity with standardized documentation for visibility and reporting.
• Provide exceptional customer service focused on accuracy and responsiveness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
