Job summary
DIA Packaging, INC. is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Supervisor to lead and support the inside sales team, manage customer relationships, and contribute to profitable sales growth.
The role requires packaging industry experience, leadership, and strong CRM/ERP skills to coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, and shipping for efficient order execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years inside sales/customer service in packaging
- Experience with corrugated products, pallets, crates, or related packaging
- Ability to lead or supervise a sales/customer service team
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales and quoting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong CRM and ERP skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and support the inside sales team
- Manage customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and follow-up
- Develop, maintain, and grow existing customer accounts
- Identify new sales opportunities and support outside sales
- Prepare accurate pricing, estimates, and quotations for packaging products
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, and shipping
- Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction
- Track sales performance, pipeline, margins, and KPIs
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
