Job summary

Associated Bag, a national supplier of packaging and shipping products, seeks an Inside Sales Supervisor in Milwaukee. The role coaches the inside sales team to develop and service managed accounts, quote custom products, and negotiate special-priced orders while providing technical information and support.

You will train reps on product knowledge, customer relationships, and selling techniques. The department emphasizes teamwork, fairness, and strong communication in a casual environment.

Qualifications

• Self starters with ability to manage multiple priorities with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent business correspondence and communication skills; strong time management.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees sales quotation process, including review and escalation as needed.
• Develops and services managed accounts; quotes and negotiates custom products and special-priced orders.
• Provides technical information and related clerical follow-up duties.
• Trains sales representatives in procedures, product knowledge, customer relationship building, and negotiation skills.
• Monitors sales trends and identifies opportunities for account growth.
