Qualifications

Responsibilities

DIA Packaging is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Supervisor with a strong background in the packaging industry to lead and support the inside sales team, manage customer relationships, manage estimation and contribute to profitable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support the inside sales team.
• Manage customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and follow-up.
• Develop, maintain, and grow existing customer accounts.
• Identify new sales opportunities and support the outside sales.
• Prepare accurate pricing, estimates, and quotations for packaging products.
• Coordinate closely with production, purchasing, warehouse, and shipping.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction.
• Track sales performance, pipeline activity, margins, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Resolve Customer issues quickly and professionally

Must-Have Qualifications

Packaging industry experience is required

• 3–5+ years of inside sales and/or customer service experience within the packaging industry.
• Experience with corrugated products, pallets, crates, industrial packaging, or related products.
• Proven ability to lead or supervise a sales or customer service team.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales and quoting.
• Strong understanding of pricing, estimates, and customer requirements.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, organizational, and organizational skills.
• Strong computer, CRM, and ERP skills.
