The role involves troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring safety, uptime, and regulatory compliance.

Candidates with 2+ years in industrial maintenance, ability to read schematics, use tools, and work well on

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to read electrical schematics and understand technical manuals.
Proficient use of hand and power tools; capable of precision measurements.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Diagnose malfunctions and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime.
Conduct equipment inspections and suggest process improvements.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
Install, maintain, and modify machinery as needed.
Support production by responding quickly to maintenance requests.
Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts inventory.
Assist with machine changeovers and continuous improvement projects.
Adhere to safety policies, GMP standards, and environmental regs.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Perform facility maintenance tasks as required.
