Job summary

PaperWorks in Greensboro, NC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain production machines and equipment, including engines, motors, pneumatics, conveyors, and electrical systems. The role requires strong hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude and safe, diligent work.

You will perform preventive maintenance, repair machines, keep records, read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints, and contribute to safety and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced folding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Must read, write, and comprehend English for safety, ISO, and work tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic prints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Repair machines and facility maintenance issues.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed.
• Operate maintenance equipment and use measurement devices.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement within the facility.
