Job summary

RRD is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for its Durham, NC facility. The role supports high-speed packaging lines, performing mechanical and electrical work to keep production running smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have experience with troubleshooting complex equipment, reading diagrams, and fabricating parts. Must be comfortable working 2-2-3 shifts, 6:45am–7:00pm or 6:45pm–7:00am, and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read diagrams, schematics and manuals.
• Safety-minded with focus on quality and uptime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization's production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults as they arise.
• Repair/replace parts using manuals and specs with tools.
• Use welders or machine tools to fabricate parts as needed.
