OIA Global is seeking an Account Manager, Packaging Design in Portland, OR to interface with internal teams and Brand stakeholders on packaging-related projects and initiatives. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities within existing Brand clients and delivering high-impact packaging programs.

You will manage timelines, craft client briefs, and present deliverables while maintaining strong relationships with Brand contacts and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience as an account manager, client manager or product development manager in packaging/supply chain.
• Experience liaising in a client-facing role with internal stakeholders is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Support Packaging Design Account Management team on packaging programs and initiatives.
• Provide accounting support and customer service to key Brand contacts.
• Assist with development and tracking of project timelines for new designs, implementations or processes.
• Write and maintain thorough briefs detailing targets and goals for internal and external teams.
• Create and present client-facing deliverables including proposals, analyses and business reviews.
• Maintain relationships and understand client material needs for designers and category leads.
• Support operations to resolve material issues related to production, sourcing, timelines and inventories.
• Qualify new projects and identify risks/advantages with internal teams.
• Help refine processes to improve customer service levels and enable growth.
• Communicate project status and issues to management and stakeholders.
• Attend meetings and capture notes with clear action items.
