Job summary

Tillamook seeks a Design Project Manager - Packaging to drive end-to-end packaging initiatives, coordinating with internal designers, Marketing Comms and cross‑functional stakeholders. You will plan scopes, budgets and timelines, write briefs for the Packaging Design team, manage external agencies, and oversee production, printing and vendor relationships to ensure brand consistency.

Ideal candidates have a 4‑year degree and 7+ years packaging experience, plus proficiency in MS Office, Workfront

Qualifications

• 4-year degree and 7+ years packaging PM experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools and Adobe Suite.
• Experience in packaging production or prepress is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, manage and execute packaging projects end-to-end.
• Collaborate with internal designers, Marketing Comms and cross-functional teams.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines; ensure on-time delivery.
• Write briefs for Packaging Design and answer internal/external questions.
• Manage external agency partners and schedule cross-functional reviews.
• Attend cross-functional meetings and report updates to Packaging Design.
• Coordinate development, production and printing processes with vendors.
• Maintain a database of reliable creative, print and production vendors.
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across packaging.
• Ensure best practices and manage projects in Workfront.
• Manage prototype production and color standards library.
