Job summary

Currier Plastics is seeking a results‑driven sales professional to develop new business and manage existing accounts in the packaging sector. You will research prospects, perform focused sales activities, and present quotes while generating RFQs and technical inputs for proposals.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in sales/business development, with preference for experience in injection or extrusion blow molding.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, Business Management/Engineering a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience related to sales and business development with a history of success.
Exposure to the injection and/or extrusion blow molding processes and engineering is preferred.
Strong entrepreneurial skills, self-starter, requires little supervision.
Possess and maintain a valid and clean driver’s license.
Able to successfully complete Currier Plastics Business Development Playbook training.
Prior CDMO experience preferred!

Responsibilities

Conduct regular and focused sales activity, researching potential new accounts and building prospect profiles.
Make sales calls to develop new business opportunities and present quotes focusing on packaging segments.
Generate RFQs and provide technical quotation inputs.
Develop new packaging business accounts and manage existing ones.
Provide monthly and annual account sales forecasts and reports.
Maintain customer satisfaction and inform management of market conditions.
Hit territory sales targets annually for both new and existing business.
