Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Package Handler trainer to educate new PHs on loading, unloading, palletizing, scanning, and safe handling practices. You will train peers, reinforce safety standards, and support operations with efficient, accurate package processing.

Typical shifts run Tuesday through Saturday from 6:45 PM to 4:15 AM. Eligible individuals may require a valid driver’s license and readiness to work in a high-noise, hot/cold environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to train multiple PHs.
• Ability to follow instruction and safety methods.
• Able to discern numbers and sort packages correctly.
• Experience with scanning and unloading equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train new PHs in loading, unloading, palletizing, and SWAK techniques.
• Provide ongoing coaching to peers on safe handling.
• Ensure dock safety standards are followed and updated to managers.
• Assist in implementing new package handling procedures.
• Load/unload and prepare packages for movement safely.
