Job summary

Responsibilities include guest confirmations, welcome packets, and daily folio reconciliation before checkout, plus post-stay follow-up with folio copies. Strong English communication and OPERA proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Prior Reservations, Front Office or travel industry experience preferred.
• Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Pre-arrival experience: welcome email to contact all incoming package and transient guests to arrange all property activities.
• Develop pre-email/pre-call schedule for all guests.
• Ensure activities are noted in all systems as to whether included or additional fees.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Accounting, Golf, Spa, and Restaurants to ensure proper rates are used.
• Email all incoming package guests with confirmations detailing inclusions, itineraries, and rates.
• Email all incoming transient guests with confirmations of on-property activities.
• Create welcome packets for package guests detailing inclusions, itineraries, and rates.
• Pre-Check out: daily folio checks and bill reconciliation for all package guests.
• Post-Check out: send thank you email with copy of folio.
