Job summary

Trump National Doral Miami seeks a detail-oriented hospitality coordinator to manage package and transient guest experiences. You will coordinate golf, spa, and dining activities, and inspect packages to ensure proper absorption of charges.

You will maintain clear communication withReservations, accounting and other departments, prepare confirmations, and perform daily folio checks to ensure accurate billing at departure.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Experience dealing with internal and external guests with tact and diplomacy.
• Experience with OPERA hotel system and resort package knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-arrival activities for package and transient guests.
• Audit and ensure package inclusions and rates are properly billed.
• Communicate with reservations, accounting, golf, spa and restaurants for correct rates.
• Email confirmations and create welcome packets for package guests.
• Pre-checkout folio reconciliation to absorb elements and validate overages.
• Post-checkout send folio copy and thank-you email.
