Job summary

Trump National Doral-Miami is seeking a cordial and professional server to take and deliver food and beverages, upsell menu items, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will input orders into the POS, coordinate with the kitchen, and deliver accurate checks and items to guests.

Preference given to candidates with prior serving or hospitality experience, strong grooming standards, and ability to work varying schedules in a hotel environment. Bilingual abilities are a plus (Spanish).

Qualifications

• Preferred one year of serving experience.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Grooming and appearance standards expected.

Responsibilities

• Check station for set-up and cleanliness.
• Greet guests and explain specials/promotions.
• Record and upsell order details; input into POS accurately.
• Deliver orders to guests with beverages and condiments.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle guest requests.
• Assist with bussing and side work as needed.
