Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisory role within a hospitality setting.
• Minimum 3-5 years Front Office, Guest Services and/or Housekeeping management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a four-year college degree is preferred.
• CPR or First Aid training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign and instruct Guest Service Attendants; monitor performance and adjust staffing.
• Manage guest services operations and resolve complaints with effective solutions.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings; communicate info to staff and uphold standards.
• Develop subordinates to enable advancement and ensure brand alignment.
• Ensure lobby, check-in/out, and F&B service meet brand standards.
