Job summary

Trump National Doral Miami is seeking a Membership Assistant Golf Professional to deliver warm welcomes and expert golf shop service at the Doral campus. The role covers guest registration, tee time coordination, and shop operations to enhance the guest experience.

The position requires prior golf environment experience and a high school diploma, with responsibilities spanning from shop opening/closing to guest engagement and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in golf environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome in the golf shop and assist with their needs.
• Manage the EZ Links tee time reservation system and the daily tee sheet to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Provide golf shop services, check-in and member/guest registration at the counter.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the golf shop and surrounding areas.
• Coordinate with Golf Services to set up bags and direct guests to facilities.
