Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of related experience.
• High school education, vocational training, or on-the-job training preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Create work orders, schedule and dispatch technicians for equipment service and emergency repairs.
• Coordinate with District Manager on scheduling and service planning meetings.
• Handle high volume calls and emails from sales, service, technicians, field management and customers.
• Respond to customer questions about equipment and service; reroute calls as needed.
• Schedule service calls and maintain ongoing communication with technicians.
• Identify calls requiring troubleshooting and assign accordingly.
• Review open work orders and ensure technician assignment.
• Participate in special projects and provide leadership observations on service delivery.
