Responsibilities

• Process Medical Equipment Orders from Sales Consultants.
• Analyze procurement method using inventory or create supplier POs.
• Review credit status before order entry and approval.
• Procure product from vendors or distribution centers and reserve inventory.
• Prioritize deliveries and coordinate with suppliers and warehouses.
• Handle post-order requests including replacements, credits and rebills.
• Review orders to ensure customer is licensed for equipment orders.
