Job summary

You will work under the supervision of a Lead Technician or Project Coordinator, troubleshooting and resolving issues while ensuring OSHA compliance and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair services to customers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Perform basic installation tasks when needed.
• Maintain necessary tools and ensure they are readily available for installation and repair.
• Complete on-site installation, repair, maintenance and tests under supervision.
• Follow troubleshooting steps to diagnose errors and determine solutions.
• Review work orders with the customer or staff, including time, work performed, parts replaced, and future orders.
