Job summary

Virtru is seeking a Pacific Region Sales Executive to lead growth across U.S. Federal, DoD, and international public sector customers in the Indo-Pacific. Candidates must reside on the West Coast or Hawaii and be willing to travel (<50%).

The role centers on building strategic relationships, shaping opportunity pipelines, and ensuring compliant, high-impact deals across multiple government sectors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience within the DoD.
• Pacific theater experience strongly preferred.
• Deep relationships with decision makers across INDOPACOM commands and agencies.
• Strong technical aptitude in cybersecurity, data protection, and IT solutions.
• Familiarity with DoD accreditation processes (RMF, ATO, FedRAMP, IL4/IL5).
• Familiarity with ICAM/IdAM frameworks in DoD environments.
• Travel readiness; willing to travel (<50%).

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of U.S. federal, DoD, and international public sector accounts in the Indo-Pacific.
• Build and execute an annual territory plan to meet and exceed quota.
• Engage with key decision makers across PACAF, USARPAC, USPACFLT, MARFORPAC and partners.
• Develop relationships with defense ministries and intelligence agencies across Pacific nations.
• Navigate export controls and country-specific regulatory environments in deals.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and product teams to structure international deals.
• Assist with product demonstrations and technical discussions with prospects.
